Shipping:
We accept small quantity products shipping by Air & Express:DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,EMS. Large quantity goods can be shipped by sea. All quotations are by EX works term.
Our production period is about 5-7days for most of our products. In case we have stock, we can manage delivery in 24 hours after getting payment. In case no stock, the delivery time maybe 7-15 days later.
After-Sales Service
There is no best but better, good service without limit. We will still keep contact after selling the product, offer enough technical support. All the products sold from PTCCTV, we offer one year warranty. Warranty does not apply to items which were destroyed in an accident, negligence or unauthorized use.
